A DEX (Decentralized Exchange) is an exchange where token swaps happen through smart contracts, without a centralized operator. The user connects a wallet and trades directly with a liquidity pool or another user.

Top DEXes on TON: STON.fi, DeDust, Megaton. Most are built on the AMM (automated market maker) model.
