Telegram ADS is a platform for creating, managing, and reporting advertising campaigns inside Telegram. It also enables channel owners to earn Toncoin from ad revenue.

Telegram ADS offers a set of tools for advertisers to target audiences, monitor performance, and optimize spend. Channel creators can monetize their content directly through the platform.

Targeting options

Advertisers can refine ad delivery using several parameters:

Language categories – select audiences based on the language of the channel or group.
User interests – filter channels by topics such as art, cryptocurrency, automotive, etc.
Favorite channels – manually choose specific channels where ads should appear.
Exclusions – block ads from appearing in certain topics or channels.

Analytics and reporting

The service supplies real‑time metrics, including:

Impressions and clicks
Budget spend
CTR (click‑through rate) – clicks ÷ impressions
CPM (cost per mille) – cost per 1,000 impressions
CPC (cost per click) – cost per click

Getting started#

For advertisers

Register an advertising account using your Telegram credentials.
Create a campaign by providing a title, description, and destination URL.
Configure targeting settings (language, interests, favorite channels, exclusions).
Set the campaign budget and schedule.
Review all settings and launch the campaign.
Use the analytics tools to track performance and adjust parameters as needed.

For content creators

Channel owners can receive a share of ad revenue in Toncoin:

Open the channel profile and go to Channel Settings.
Select Statistics → Monetization.
If a balance is available, click Take to withdraw the funds.

When Telegram ADS launched, it was available worldwide. As of August 2024, the service is restricted in the following regions:

Palestine
Germany

Integration with TON#

Payments to creators flow through the TON blockchain, and the platform integrates with Fragment for ad‑related transactions.
