The parent service, TADA, was launched in 2018 by Mass Vehicle Ledger (MVL) as the world’s first blockchain‑based ride‑hailing platform.. After the initial launch in Singapore, the Mini App expanded to Thailand, Bangkok, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and China. MVL plans further global rollout to make mobility available to every Telegram user.
