IdeaTON: How To Hack was a closed mini‑hackathon organized by TON Society CIS and DeDust for project creators and developers on the TON blockchain. It took place on 23 March 2025 in Saint Petersburg at the “Yasnaya Polyana” coworking space, gathering 55 participants who applied via the @theontonbot bot and received commemorative Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) upon confirmation.
The event’s purpose was to bring active members of the TON ecosystem together in a live setting to generate ideas and showcase new projects ready for development and implementation.
Event format and prize pool#
Participants applied through the @theontonbot bot; confirmed applicants received a commemorative SBT. Entry was free of charge. The hackathon featured two tracks—AI Agents and DeFi—each offering three prize positions:
| Track | 1st place | 2nd place | 3rd place |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Agents | $750 | $500 | $250 |
| DeFi | $750 | $500 | $250 |
The DeFi track was sponsored by the decentralized exchange DeDust. The total prize pool was $3,000. The event was organized, hosted, and moderated by Aleksei Solovyov, TON Society CIS Hub Leader.
“IdeaTON is our most successful format by KPI — after such events, we often see participating projects grow further.” — Aleksei Solovyov

Speaker presentations#
-
Andrey Shvets (TON Studio) – presented AI agents on TON and the shift from imperative to declarative interaction with AI, enabling autonomous, fully integrated agents that can execute investment strategies automatically.
-
Aleksei Solovyov – introduced TON Nest, a three‑tier pre‑accelerator for emerging projects:
- Level 1: Pitch deck
- Level 2: MVP
- Level 3: Traction, granting access to grants, tech credits, and marketing support.
At the time of the event, >700 projects and ~1,000 applications had been submitted to TON Nest.
-
Nikolay Novosyolov (Frens Community) – showcased multi‑agent systems and AI use cases across sectors: DeFi (e.g., SingularityDAO), healthcare (Doc.ai), personal assistants, supply & logistics (Lightchain Protocol AI), and gaming & metaverses.
-
Vitaliy Kitaev (CMO, DeDust) – explained liquidity pool mechanics and introduced DeDust X, an Uniswap v4‑style protocol with customizable pools via Hooks (separate smart contracts that can be attached to multiple pools).
Winning projects#
Eight project submissions were received, with several teams forming on‑site. The winners were:
Ads AI (by @v_litvintsev)
Problem: Manual setup of Telegram ad campaigns is time‑consuming.
Solution: An AI agent automates campaign creation, management, and market monitoring, reducing costs by roughly 90 %.
Taurus (by @donlusofon)
Problem: Many Telegram users lack crypto experience but desire passive income.
Solution: Margin farming using Telegram Stars; users deposit Stars, select a lock period, and receive interest paid in USDT. Revenue comes from lending interest and early‑withdrawal penalties.
Decentrify (by @iaroslav444)
Problem: Portfolio optimization and AI‑agent development are technically demanding.
Solution: A no‑code DeFi platform that lets users create and run AI agents, offering real‑time strategy adjustment and multi‑agent collaboration.
CITY HEMP (by @cityhemp)
Problem: Lack of transparency in agricultural cultivation processes.
Solution: An agro‑crypto company that uses AI to analyze growth data, generate cultivation recommendations, and ensure compliance with legal crop regulations. Users monitor farms via a Telegram mini‑app while AI handles operations.
