ArcTida is the first decentralized “state” built on the TON ecosystem. It issues Soulbound Token (SBT) passports that grant citizens on‑chain voting rights, access to a native stablecoin, and participation in ecological and educational initiatives.
Overview#
ArcTida combines blockchain technology with a vision of social justice, ecological responsibility, and individual freedom. Citizens interact through Telegram and the TON blockchain, allowing transparent governance and real‑time tracking of public funds. The project’s founders argue that a society based on inner integrity and collective conscience can operate without traditional laws.
Principles#
- Digital citizenship – SBT passports replace bureaucratic documentation.
- Public‑benefit economy – economic activity prioritizes societal value over speculation.
- Reputation as currency – on‑chain actions build reputation, reducing nepotism.
- Open Telegram spaces – anyone can join discussions and contribute.
- Identity beyond nation, religion, or politics – citizenship is global and inclusive.
- Labor as investment, technology as self‑expression – work and innovation are rewarded directly.
Opportunities for Citizens#
- Transparency & security – Governance data, budgets, and elections are visible on the TON blockchain, reducing corruption.
- Economic freedom – A native stablecoin enables low‑cost, instant payments without intermediaries.
- Decentralized democracy (DAO) – Citizens vote on laws and can create sub‑DAOs.
- Business onboarding – Simplified registration and support via TON infrastructure.
- Fair voting – On‑chain, anonymous, fraud‑resistant elections with instant results.
- Remote residency – Digital passports allow global mobility without physical relocation.
- Free education – Open online learning and participation in tech projects.
- Data sovereignty – Cryptographic protection lets users control personal data usage.
- Transparent philanthropy – On‑chain tracking of donations ensures measurable impact.
- Environmental responsibility – Support for green blockchain solutions and waste‑recycling initiatives.
Citizenship#
Anyone can become a citizen by purchasing an ArcTida SBT passport, a non‑transferable NFT linked permanently to a wallet. The passport grants governance rights and access to ecosystem benefits.
- The passport collection is hosted on Getgems (bolded as no existing slug).
- Initial price: 18 TON.
- Each passport has a unique number; future reputation badges will link passports to their holders.
Governance#
The core decision‑making body, the Council of Elders, consists of project initiators and community thought leaders. Any citizen may apply for a seat; admission requires an on‑chain majority vote by existing elders.
Current Initiatives#
