ArcTida

ArcTida is the first decentralized “state” built on the TON ecosystem. It issues Soulbound Token (SBT) passports that grant citizens on‑chain voting rights, access to a native stablecoin, and participation in ecological and educational initiatives.

Citizenship#

Anyone can become a citizen by purchasing an ArcTida SBT passport, a non‑transferable NFT linked permanently to a wallet. The passport grants governance rights and access to ecosystem benefits.

Initial price: 18 TON.
Each passport has a unique number; future reputation badges will link passports to their holders.

Governance#

The core decision‑making body, the Council of Elders, consists of project initiators and community thought leaders. Any citizen may apply for a seat; admission requires an on‑chain majority vote by existing elders.
