Anonymous Telegram Numbers are NFT‑style phone numbers stored on the TON blockchain. They are not tied to physical SIM cards and can be bought with cryptocurrency to register anonymous Telegram accounts.

Overview#

Anonymous Telegram Numbers provide a way to create Telegram accounts without linking personal phone numbers. They are minted as NFTs, ensuring immutability and resistance to hacking. As of the latest data, 136,566 numbers have been issued and no new numbers are planned. Their legal status varies by jurisdiction.

Purchase Platforms#

These numbers can be purchased on several TON‑based marketplaces:

  • Fragment – a primary marketplace for NFT phone numbers.
  • TON Diamonds – secondary marketplace with identical pricing to Getgems.
  • Getgems – another secondary marketplace.

All platforms accept TON as payment.

Market Pricing#

Pricing is highly variable:

  • Fixed‑price listings on Fragment start at 117 TON and can reach hundreds of thousands of TON.
  • Auction listings start from 5 TON, with final prices depending on bids.
  • Historical high prices include a record sale of +8888888 for 300,000 TON and a peak of around 376 TON in mid‑2023.

  • Authentication – used solely for Telegram account registration and login.

The regulatory status of anonymous numbers is unclear in several countries, and users should verify local compliance before acquisition.
