The Mini Apps Challenge 2023 was a Telegram‑hosted competition encouraging developers to build mini‑applications that run directly inside Telegram via the Web Apps API. The event ran from September 22 to October 9, 2023 and attracted 186 submissions that together showcased 206 mini‑apps ranging from games to productivity tools.

Overview of the competition#

The jury evaluated entries based on functionality, user experience, and compliance with Telegram’s quality standards.

Prize pool

The initial prize pool was $50,000, which was later increased to $66,250 during the event.
